| 摘 要： | 警察职业的价值存在于警察的职业责任之中,警察职业责任具有丰富的伦理意蕴。警察职业责任包括法律责任、纪律责任和道德责任,是客观性责任和主观性责任的统一。由于警察是多种角色的“集合体”,加之警察责任对象的多维度,警察职业责任之间必然会发生冲突,面对冲突,警察必须作出正确的选择。

| Abstract: | The value of the police profession lies in the police professional responsibilities. The responsibilities have profound ethical meaning including legal, disciplinary and ethical responsibilities. Moreover, they are either objective or subjective. Because the police play many roles and must be responsible for different objects, the various responsibilities unavoidably conflict with each other. Facing these conflicts, police officers have to make correct choices. |
