完善社区矫正检察监督工作之建议

社区矫正自试行至今已经取得了显著的成绩,有效地避免了监禁刑的弊端,但在社区矫正具体实施过程中也存在一些问题。对社区矫正工作,除了通过加强自身建设以外,也要加强外在监督,主要是检察监督,所以,有必要针对社区矫正检察监督实施的具体情况,分析其存在的问题,提出相应的完善建议。

Community correction has already made significant progress since on a trial basis, and effectively avoided the disadvantages of imprisonment. However, it still exist some problems in the concrete implementation process.
