| 摘 要： | 随着我国法制建设和市场经济的飞速发展，传统的教学模式已经越来越不适应社会的要求。实践证明，模拟实训教学在培养法律职业人才方面具有传统讲授教学和案例教学法所无法比拟的优势，今后将是法律职业教育的一大趋势。宪法模拟实训教学的实践操作包括模拟实训题的准备和具体操作两个层面。
