| 摘 要： | 审讯是一种特殊的侦查活动,审讯必须讲究策略,侦查人员要根据犯罪嫌疑人的心理活动和变化规律,运用心理学知识,科学地制定审讯策略。"情感感化"在审讯活动中有着重要的作用,在实践中侦查人员要选择好情感感化涉入的时机,重视通过正确运用情感感化的方法,实现促使犯罪嫌疑人如实供述犯罪事实的审讯目标。

| Abstract: | Trial is a strategical and special activity in investigation.Therefore,investigators should apply the theories of psychology and scientifically formulate the policy of trial by the psychological activity and regularity of offenders.The application of emotional probation plays an important role in the course of trial.In practice,investigators should choose the right moment and take proper measures to actuate the offender to confess the criminal behavior. |
