论组织、领导、参加恐怖组织罪

组织、领导、参加恐怖组织罪,不仅危害了公共安全,而且危及到一个国家的安全和经济的发展;构成本罪的主体应当包括自然人、国家和政治组织、民族团体等。在司法实践中,对组织、领导、参加恐怖组织罪的处罚,应当注意两点:一是区分本罪与其他罪;二是一罪与数罪的适用。
