实现“让人民来监督政府”的伟大理想

沿着毛泽东同志＂让人民来监督政府＂的思路,找到理想的实现形式,乃是反腐败斗争取得突破的关键所在。毛泽东同志早在我党执政前就指明,＂让人民起来监督政府＂是跳出＂人亡政息＂周期率的必由之路。建国后,他为找到人民监督政府的有效实现形式,进行了长期不懈的探索。总结历史经验,立足于我国现阶段实际,我们已经可以清晰地看到,什么是理想的＂让人民来监督政府＂实现形式。当前,实现＂让人民来监督政府＂伟大理想的条件已经基本具备,同时也面临着几大难题亟待化解,我们应当坚定信念,知难而进。

Realize the Great Idea that the People Should be Given Rights to Supervise the Government

We must follow Chairman Mao＇s thought that the people should be given rights to supervise the government,and seek an ideal method to let the people supervise the party and the government,which is the key factor to enable anti-corruption combats to achieve a breakthrough. During the primary stage of our party＇s governance,Chairman Mao has pointed out that the thought is the only way to avoid the phenomenon that policies will disappear with the death of policymakers. After the foundation of the People’s Republic of China,he has explored one effective method to realize the idea of the people’s supervision for a long time and accumulated lots of negative and positive experience. Based on the historical experience and reality at the present stage,we have clearly seen the ideal way to realize the idea. Currently,the condition to realize the great idea has been mature. However,we are still confronting several difficult problems waiting to be solved. We should fortify our conviction and move ahead in defiance of difficulties.
