加强研究生党建工作的对策思考

目前研究生党建工作中尚存在着不足和薄弱环节,主要反映在缺乏深层次的思想教育,基层工作中的沟通渠道不够畅通,缺乏长远规划和明确目标。高校必须进一步加强研究生党建工作,制定和实施研究生党建工作的长远规划和近期目标,拓宽研究生党组织的活动形式,充分发挥研究生党支部的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用。

Exploration in the countermeasures for strengthening the party construction among graduate students

There can find some vulnerable parts or drawbacks in today's party construction among graduate students. The problems are mainly reflected in deficiency of the ideological education in depth and in obstruction of communicational channels for the work of primary ranks, and in lack of both long-term schedule and clear targets. In this sense, there is much necessity at university to promote the party construction among graduate students, outline and even enforce the long-term tasks and short-term targets. At the same time, it is also significant to open up the activity types for the party construction among them, and make the branch organization of party among students play its role of stronghold and let the party members of students act as a pioneer or model for others.
