The study of benefit in criminal presumption

Presumption is a good way to find facts of a case,which can alleviate burden of proof,increase efficiency,and solve some difficult problems arising out of actions.All these,however,are only presumption's merits while it is used as a tool,behind which some interests are concerned while making a presumption.A presumption is related either to state interests or to individual interests.Different evidence regimes and action models indicate as well as represent different interests.
