On the Qualities and Capabilities of the University Administrators during the Transition Period

During the transition period higher education will come across new opportunities and developing space, and difficulties and problems as well. To overcome these new difficulties and to solve these new problems, the university administrators must be responsible, get prepared psychiatrically, be sensitive and insightful, be creative and resourceful, and be willing to sacrifice and cooperate. Only with these qualities can they face the new challenges and make use of the new opportunities to develop a completely new, open higher education.
