| 摘 要： | 司法文书是具有法律效力的文书，具有严谨、完整、统一、自然的特点。但在实际操作过程中，经常因为种种原因，导致司法文书出现一些不规范的写作现象。本文试就几种常见的错误倾向，提出自己的意见和方法，以期引起同仁的注意，共同改进和提高司法文书的质量
