| Abstract: | The basic nature of the economic law is the state's legal interventionto the social economic life. Although the state outlook of the economic law has oneside of adapting to the current market economical development, there still existsanother outmoded side in the theoretical source, actual base and selfish thought.The state outlook of economic law should be renewed from three aspects of law scopeoutlook, interest outlook and power outlook. |
