司法警察职业心理压力探析

人民法院司法警察作为一个特殊的社会群体,由于其工作性质的特殊性,导致其心理压力指数远远高于其他职业人群。职业心理压力是影响人民法院司法警察心理健康的最主要原因。面对日益严重的司法警察心理健康问题,司法警察机构应科学用警、开展心理服务、争取社会各界更广泛的理解和支持;司法警察个体应学会运用疏泄疗法、松弛疗法和认知疗法进行自我调节。
