| 摘 要： | 清末是中国法学教育的近代化时期。在此特定的历史阶段 ,中国的法学教育一步步地突破传统模式 ,开始以西方资产阶级法学教育的思想、方法来培育法律人才。清末的这种新式法学教育为促进西方资本主义法学教育模式与中国实际的结合、推动中国法学教育近代化进行了有益的探索 ,积累了丰富的经验。总结这些经验对于办好今天的社会主义法学教育事业 ,以培养出真正符合时代要求的法律专门人才具有一定的历史借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Late Qing Dynasty was the period of China's legal education modernization. During this time, China's legal education broke away from traditional patterns step by step and began to educate with the ideas and methods of western countries. The new pattern made a useful exploration on combining western education pattern with China's reality to push forward China's legal education modernization, and accumulated much experience. Summing up the experience will play a role in booming today's socialist education to train legal professionals consistent with requirement of the times. |
