| Abstract: | According to the analysis the status of present input for compulsory education in our country,this paper analyses the economic demand of central government undertaking all the expenses of compulsory education in countryside from the main aspects of theory of consumer's behavior,externality of economy,quality of public goods and economic function of governments. |
