| Abstract: | The breakthroughs of the Deng Xiaoping's development theory made by Jiang Zemin are displayed in establishing a complete productive theory. The breakthroughs emerge from different angles including the purpose, direction , model, impetus and leadership of the productive development. This article has outlined the theory from the eight aspects. |
