| 摘 要： | 如何对事业单位人员进行有效激励是事业单位管理的重要议题之一。在此过程中对与之相关的激励经典理论进行研究尤为必要。综合国内外关于人员激励理论的研究现状,辨析激励及激励机制的基本内涵,阐述经典激励理论,并且针对与事业单位人员激励密切相关的激励方式进行梳理,可以为下一步的研究打下坚实的理论基础。

| Abstract: | How to effectively motivate the personnel of institutions is one of the important issues in the management of institutions.It is necessary to study the classical incentive theory.Combining the current research situation of personnel incentive theory at home and abroad,analyzing the basic connotation of incentive and incentive mechanism,explaining the classical incentive theory,and combing the incentive mode which is closely related to the personnel incentive of institutions,it can lay a solid theoretical foundation for further research. |
