| 摘 要： | 良好的警察体能是公安民警从事公安工作的必备条件。应科学地认识警察体能及其训练,训练时采用“集中-分散”训练模式并进行模式控制;训练时坚持工作需要、系统训练、全面锻炼、适量负荷、区别对待原则;讲求训练的手段。

| Abstract: | Good police physical ability is one of the necessary conditions for the policemen in public security work.Police physical ability and its training should be scientifically understood.The 'the centralism-disperser' training pattern should be adopted in its training and be controlled;The principles of job requirement,systematic training,comprehensive exercise,the right amount load and different treatment shouke be persisted in;The training methods should be pursued. |
