The police force of rural grass-roots investigation departments is relatively insufficient.The traditional investigation mode cannot adapt to the current combat against the crimes.The grassroots investigation departments should analyze challenges that the work of intelligence and information faces resulting from the development and change of the rural communities.They should strengthen the intelligence and information construction,and construct their own intelligence and information system in order to deal with the increasingly severe crimes during the new rural construction.
