| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是党的十七大报告中最大的亮点。十七大报告提出的要求、目标、任务和措施无不体现着科学发展观；科学发展观是人类发展理念的最深刻的变革，体现了从物本到人本的转向、从唯经济主义到全面进步的转向、从“现代人”到“未来人”的转向三个根本性的转向。

| Abstract: | The Scientific Outlook on Development is the most important highlight in the report to the 17th National Congress of the Party. All the requirements, goals, tasks and measures formulated in the report give expression to the outlook; the Scientific Outlook on Development is the most profound change in the idea on man＇s development, expressing three fundamental shifts from matter-centred to people-centred, from economism to all-round progress, from ＂modern man＂ to ＂future man＂. |
