浅析我国劳动关系的目标价值取向

摘    要:劳动关系是重要的社会经济关系,关系到劳动者、企业和政府等多方主体的切身利益。中国目前正处在经济转轨和社会转型的历史性变革时期,身处其中的劳动关系也将发生深刻的变化,即由目前兼具计划经济和市场经济特征的转型期劳动关系向完善的市场经济体制下的劳动关系转变,从其价值取向上来讲就是向政府主导的利益协调型劳动关系方向转换。

Abstract:Labor relation is an important social and economic relation,which does weigh with the laborer,firm and government.China is being in the period of economic and social transition at present and a deep-going change will occur in labor relation.It will change from a composition of planned economy and market economy to the one matching the market economy system.It means that it will turn to a harmonious relation from the point of orientation of value.
