| 摘 要： | 企业是技术创新的主体,建设创新型国家,需要不断企业的增强自主创新能力。但是从我国目前经济发展的现状来看,技术创新所带来的经济贡献还十分有限,企业的自主创新活动还存在多种多样的问题。本文在对上述问题进行深入分析的基础上,从政府行为的角度探讨了优化企业自主创新外部环境的措施,从企业内部管理的角度提出了增加其自主创新能力的对策。
