有组织犯罪的法律抗制

目前,世界上许多国家和地区都颁行了专门的反黑法律法规,而我国的相关立法还很不完善。要有力地打击有组织犯罪,我们必须加紧完善反黑立法。既要借鉴别国经验,更要立足本国国情, 拓宽思路,积极探索,在实践中不断发展与完善。
