| 摘 要： | 诉前证据保全制度是证据保全制度体系的一个有机组成部分 ,其要解决的核心问题就是证据的客观真实性、合法性和准确性。建立我国诉前证据保全制度 ,有利于维护正常的诉讼程序 ,同时 ,从非诉案件的角度来看 ,它还有利于行政执法 ,仲裁裁决 ,非诉案件的审查、处罚等等。

| Abstract: | The perpetuating testimony system before prosecution, which is a part of the perpetuating testimony system, aims at the factuality, legality, and accuracy of proof. The establishment of China's perpetuating testimony system is helpful to administrative law enforcement, arbitral award, the investigation and disposal of non-prosecution as well as the preservation of normal proceeding procedure. |
