摘    要:我国非公企业的职工民主管理,是我们完善社会主义市场经济体制的一个新课题。涉及到职工权益维护,新兴劳动关系的确立与完善、非公企业健康发展,依靠工人阶级方针的贯彻落实等一系列重大问题。非公企业职工民主管理制度的建立和发展,不是一个主观意愿问题,而是具有经济、政治、社会发展内在必然性的要求,应成为我们工作日程上的当务之急。

Abstract:Workers' democratic management in non-state-owned enterprises in China is a new issue of perfecting a socialistmarket economy. It relates to protection of workers and staff members' rights, establishment of new labor relations, healthy develop-ment of non-state-owned enterprises. carrying out a guiding principle for relying on the working class and so on. The establish-ment and development of workers' democratic management in non-state-owned enterprises is not a subjective wish, but an in-evitable requirement of economic, political and social development. That is the most pressing matter of the moment.
