| 摘 要： | 从分行业女性就业人员比重图和女性从业人员占全部就业人员比重图,可以分析出女性职业结构趋势.造成这种趋势的主要因素有3个方面:产业结构变动、技术进步影响和国情条件.促进女性就业可以从发展经济、行业选择和加大职业培训立法等几个方面入手.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the ratio figure of women employed in various fields and the ratio figure of women employed against the total employed,we can come up with the trend of women's career patterns.There are three major causal factors:the transformation of industry structure,the effects of the technological advancement and the national conditions.To promote women's employment we should further develop the economy,advise them on the choice of career and improve the legislation concerning vocational training. |
