| 摘 要： | 西方的法律文明秩序的形成和发展经历了从法的神圣化到世俗化到脱魔的过程。在法的神圣化的过程中 ,自然法理论充当了抬轿者的角色 ,而在法的世俗化过程中 ,自然法也起了重要作用。现代西方法律制度的形象在很大程度上是由自然法学说塑造成的。

| Abstract: | The formation and development of western legal civilization have undergone the process from sacred law to common customs. In the course of law becoming sacred, natural law acted as a helper, but it played an important role in the process of law becoming common customs. The image of modern western law system is, to greater degree, formed by natural law doctrine. |
