| Abstract: | The high risk of state-aid loans for students has become a vital facto r in restricting the full performance of granting loans. Evading financial risk s of commercial banks is a guarantee of the sound development of state-aid loan s . Therefore it requires exploring and setting up a risk-evading system and oper a ting mechanism on the basis of fully understanding the reason for the high risk of state-aid loans. |
