| 摘 要： | 规避劳动合同法的行为在一些地方较为普遍，其恶化了劳动关系，破坏了法律秩序，干扰了劳动合同法的实施，危害甚大，应当依法予以监控查处，对于以规避劳动合同法为目的的“培训班”应当取缔。

| Abstract: | The act of evasion of labor contract law is still at large in some places. It exacerbates the labor relationship,destroys the legal order,and interferes the practice of the labor contract law,which result is tremendous serious. Therefore,we should monitor and investigate it,and rescind the qualification of the training school that the purpose of training is to evade the duties of labor contract law and to run for money. |
