| 摘 要： | 党的执政合法性资源是党执政的合法性得以维持的条件。旧的合法性资源流失以后, 我们党迫切需要开发新的合法性资源。党的十六大以后,胡锦涛从坚持发展这个党执政兴国的第一要务,坚持立党为公、执政为民,加强党的执政能力建设,建立新的惩治和预防腐败体系,开展保持党员先进性教育活动以及构建社会主义和谐社会等方面对党的执政合法性资源进行了开发,为党的执政合法性的维持补充了新的资源。

| Abstract: | Party's Legal resources of is the condition of maintaining Party's administration.After old legal resources lost,it is urgent for our Party to develop new legal resources.After the 16th Party's Gongress,Hu Jintao has developed the legal resources by upholding administration is top primary,administratian for people,Setting up new system for punishing and preventing corruption,advancing the construction of party's administration,develo- ping the advanced education for Party members and structuring socialist society.So new resources have been sup- plemented for Party's Legal administration. |
