| 摘 要： | 近年来,铜仁的经济社会取得了巨大发展,但农村劳动力的转移仍然受到劳动者本身的观念更新不够、技术能力不足、缺乏苦干实干精神等方面的制约。如何充分利用农村劳动力转移的作用和影响,科学转移农村劳动力,抢抓西部大开发机遇,扎实推进经济社会全面发展是当务之急要解决的问题。

| Abstract: | In recent years,Tongren's economy and society made great development,but rural labor's transfer is still constrained by labor's being lack of renewal of concept,technical capacity,spirit of hard work and so on.How to fully use of the rural labor transfer's effect and impact,scientific transfer the rural labor,seize the opportunity of western development,solidly push forward economy and society's comprehensive development is the urgent issue which must be solved. |
