| 摘 要： | 创新是改造世界的实践 ,创新的是与否、利与害要通过实践作出检验与评价 ,通过创新活动的结果与效应作出判定。创新检验要从客观效果与事物本质出发 ,创新评价要有全面的、长远的标准。实践表明 ,创新带来了生产力的革命 ,为人的发展创造了条件 ,但创新也有其双重效应。
