| Abstract: | The construction and operation of the detection and prevention mechanism of the securities crime has its own specific value kernel. Intending for maximizing preventive efficiency and safeguarding the securities market, the detection and prevention mechanism of our country in existence need adjusting within measure, and effective path alternatives should be made to improve the detection and prevention mechanism of the securities crime. |
