当前警务用枪培训中存在的问题及对策

当前警务用枪培训中存在着持枪证考核流于形式、培训手段落后、科目单一、训战间存在巨大的差距,受训层次不清、低水平循环往复,同一警种同一岗位中用枪水平相差过大等问题.为此,必须研究确立培训科目,采用递进式分级考核;全盘统筹局内现有资源,开拓新训练场馆和完善配套竞争、激励机制,从根本上提高警察射击水平.

Problems and Countermeasure Existing in Current Policing Gun Training

There exist in current policing gun training many problems such as the formal check of the certificate to hold a gun;backward training means and unitary subject,great difference between training and actual combat;inconspicuous class of the trainees, endless repetition in low level; too much different level to use a gun in the same post of the same king of police. Therefore , it' s required to study and set up training subjects, adopt grading check increasing progressively; take the resources in existence within Shanghai Public Security Bureau into account as a whole and plan accordingly, open up new training ground and stadium and perfect the complete sets of competition and encouragement mechanism, improve the shooting skill of the police from the root.
