| 摘 要： | 长期以来,各级公安机关秉公执法,为维护社会的稳定和保障人民群众的合法权益作出了巨大的贡献。但由于各种因素的影响,公安机关的执法活动经常受到挑战。当前,警察素质与现实执法需要的差距、经费状况的制约、行政干预的反作用以及法律滞后是影响公安机关公正执法的主要因素。

| Abstract: | The police at different levels have made a great contribution to maintaining the social stability and the security of people's legal rights and interests for a long time, but, for one or two things, they are confronted with many challenges. At present, they are influenced by the following factors, such as the gap between the low quality of police and the high requirement of legal enforcement, limited funds, administrative interference, and backward law, etc. |
