浅谈社区民警的情报意识和技能的问题

公安部曾经明确提出要在全国大中城市和县城全面实施社区警务战略，努力实现“发案少，秩序好，社会稳定，群众满意”的工作目标。社区民警是落实社区警务和情报信息主导警务战略的主体，在实现这一目标的过程中，社区民警的公安情报意识和处理情报的技能是至关重要的，直接关系着情报信息主导警务的实效问题，直接关系着社区警务工作目标是否能实现的问题。
