| 摘 要： | 以文化认同加强党的纪律建设具有可行性、紧迫性和必要性。从文化视角加强党的纪律建设要树立并践行正确的纪律文化理念,形成教育、制度、执行、监督"四位一体"的文化注入和培育机制,还要构建组织领导、工作流程、支持配合、绩效评估等确保纪律文化建设取得实效的保障体系。
