公众网络反腐倡廉价值观现状及影响因素分析

采用成都地区的调查数据从期望价值和实际效应两个层面探讨了公众网络反腐倡廉价值观的状况及影响因素。研究发现,公众网络反腐倡廉价值取向强度总体上属于中等。公众对网络反腐倡廉的积极作用具有较高的期望,但对其实际作用还不满意。男性、本科以上文化程度、具有网络举报倾向、知晓政府网络举报平台的公众对网络反腐倡廉具有更高的价值期望。政府明确的态度和政策有助于增强公众网络反腐倡廉的期望价值。文化程度、举报人责任、政府网络举报平台知晓度以及举报人安全制度对公众网络反腐倡廉实际效应具有显著影响。据此,提升网络反腐倡廉实际效应的对策应从两方面进行：政府层面,要鼓励公众有序参与网络反腐倡廉行动,制定公众网络反腐倡廉行为规则,营造网络反腐倡廉的积极氛围。公众层面,要增强责任感,规范网络反腐倡廉行为,提高网络反腐倡廉技能。

Study on the Present Situation of Public Network Anti-corruption Values and Its Influencing Factors
