| 摘 要： | 加入WTO对我国证券业各方面均会产生重大影响。无论从证券中介机构、上市公司,还是从证券监管部门来看,都面临着严峻挑战。而这种影响和挑战将集中反映在我国的证券立法中。与此同时,入世前出台的我国证券法日益暴露出其局限性,为此本文在分析其出台背景、立法者理念及其缺陷基础上,对入世后的我国证券法完善进行了系统探索。
