On the Methodology of the Function of Management Innovation

The theoretical workers and the pioneers of practice generally make a study and an application of the essence,mechanism and power of management innovation.But this article tries to make a probe into the function,position and value of the management innovation on the basis of respecting and acknowledging the law of management innovation from another new angle,which gives an exact rational stipulation to these aspects by using reason to reach the method of concrete reason.The author hopes it will provide guidance for the concrete practice by methodology.
