| 摘 要： | 为了完善我国的人大代表制度，使之更好地发挥立法监督作用，许多学者都对人大代表是否应实行专职化进行了激烈的讨论，通过对西方专职代表制的产生及特点的介绍，并在分析中国人大代表兼职化所带来的种种弊端的基础上，提出几点完善人大代表专职化的对策建议。
