| Abstract: | Large - scale police mobilization" has such characters as definite scope, explicit aim, specific effectiveness for a given period of time and quantative grade. Hence, we should transform our ideology in a down - to - earth way, solve the problem of equipments such as transportation and telecommunications, establish the system to be on duty in various grades, always adhere to propagation of "large - scale police mobilization", strengthen the work of information and the formulation of the scheduled cases, and strengthen ideological and political work. |
