| 摘 要： | 当前关于建立全能银行,实行混业经营,国内外讨论了很多。本文试从一个新的角度来说明建立全能银行的重要性。本文首先考察了在转轨经济条件下,单纯通过股权和债务融资对于公司治理的低效率,进而分析了在转轨经济条件下,全能银行在公司治理中的重要作用。通过两者对比,说明了建立全能银行的重要性。

| Abstract: | There are a lot of discussions at home and abroad about establishing versatile banks and practicing mixed operation.This text tries to expound the importance of setting up versatile banks from a new angle.First,this article shows that company management has low efficiency purely by means of stock and debt financing on the condition of transition economy.It further explains that versatile banks play an important role in company operation.The comparison of them indicates the vitality of establishing the versatile banks. |
