The Legal Protection of the Folklore in the Large-scale Development of the Western Regions of the Country

The implementation of the strategy of the large-scale development of the western regions of the country has brought a rarely historic opportunity to the prosperous development of the economic and cultural undertakings of the western regions. It is an important problem for the western regions full of national cultural heritage to protect the folklore in the large-scale development of the western regions. Beginning with the conception of the folklore, this article analyses the significance of the protection of the folklore in the large-scale development of the western regions and based on the understanding of the current internal and external legislative situation, some suggestions on the legal protection of the folklore has been put forward.
