| Abstract: | As we all know,the jury system has been receiving close attention from educational circles and also the arguing focus of academic circles in our country.Our country's current jury system has many problems resulted from such many causes as legislation.Despite the existing problems,we should still insist on the employment of jury system because it has its existing function.Based on the currently existing problems,necessary measures should be adopted to improve the jury system. |
