On the Motivation Mechanism of the Liberarian's Further Eduation in Institutes of Higher Learning

The further education of the liberarian at colleges and universities is lack in comprehensive planning, and is ignored in the development of the professional competence while the management system is underdeveloped. All these lead to the lack of the motivation of the liberarians for their further education, which is the vital guarantee of the enhancement of their overall qualities. Innovating further educaton , setting up the mechanism of motivation for further education is the important approach to cultivating liberarians with high qualities in college and universities.
