| 摘 要： | 财产权是个人权利的基础,私有财产权已成为现代人权的重要内容。只有转变对私有财产的传统认识,尽快完善宪法,出台物权法,切实加强对私有财产的法律保护,才能促进社会主义市场经济的发展。
