| 摘 要： | 随着城市建设的发展，城市旧城区改造过程中的房屋拆迁利益失衡问题越来越严重，成为影响社会安定、团结、和谐的重大原因。这迫切需要我们制定《城市房屋拆迁法》，构建一种新的制度来衡平各方利益，更好地保护被拆迁人的利益，为我国经济叉快又好地发展提供良好的法治环境。

| Abstract: | As the city construction develops,the unbalanced benefit problem of demolition and resettlement is getting serious and becoming a big factor of stability,unity and harmony of the society.This is the reason why we need Civic Building Relocation Law to construct a new system to balance each benefit,to protect relocated person's benefit,to build healthy environment for our country's development. |
