高职高专院校课程体系改革的探索与实践--以长沙民政职业技术学院为例

长沙民政职业技术学院的专业教学建设与改革以课程体系的改革为突破口,制订了特色鲜明民政高职高专教育的课程体系框架,实现了以“公共课程与专业课程相衔接、民政特色与高职特色相融合、讲授课程与实践课程相对应、时序课程与周序课程相配合、能力本位与知识素质相统一、就业导向与持续发展相关联、共性要求和个性发展相和谐”为特征的理论教学和实践教学相和谐的目的。遵循高等教育学习规律设置专业基础课程、专业课程和专业延展课程,建构了167个专业核心能力和延展能力培养课程集群,形成了将“模块式”与“三段式”综合集成的能力本位为主的新型高职高专教育专业课程体系,比较合理解决了由学术型本科教育“简单压缩”和从中等职业教育“简单升级”所产生的种种问题。

Exploration and Practice of Course Structure Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges

Changsha Social Work College has worked out a course system frame with distinctive civil Administration features,taking the advantage of course system reform.It has realized the combination of theory and practice edacation,which features "Public courses joining in the major course,civil administration feature combining with the highter vocational education,theory courses coordinating with practice courses,hour-order courses matching with week-order courses,ability cultivation integrating with knowledge and quality learning,employment abtaining linking with continious development,general character integrating with indiveiduality".167 major-core-ability and extensive ability cultivation course-groups have been established,abiding by the higher education learning pattern and major related foundation courses,main courses and extensive courses setting,a new "module" and "three-period" major related course system for higher vocational education has been built.It may also reasonably solve the problems caused by the simple condensation of university education and the simple update of vocational education.
