| Abstract: | The police security organs should not be content with the present situation of the management of the precaution; however, they should open up a new prospect. To build the most secure city of the country, it is necessary to consolidate the foundation of the precaution and control of the public security, to strengthen the function of the police station, to discipline the public places of recreation under control, to control effectively the position and build and perfect the system of the precaution and control of the public security. |
