| Abstract: | There are areas of thirty millions Mu which will be primarily transfered from stopping cultivation into afforestation in Gan su province.So,it is necessary to have a set of complete policies to fulfil the project above said.This paper,according to the rural reality in Gan su,insists that the policy of the classified direction must be needful to practise efficiently it. |
